NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

 

S.R.O. 92 (I)/2006. – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.1035 (I)/2005, dated 13th October, 2005, namely: -

           

            In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 3, for the words “one hundred and twenty”, the words “one hundred and fifty four” shall be substituted.
