(SALES TAX)

S.R.O.09(I)/2006. – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.928 (I)/2005, dated the10^th September, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, –

(a) against Sr. No. 27 in column (1), in column (4), for the figure and letter “24191996580014U” figure and letter “24153396580014U” shall be substituted;

(b) against Sr. No. 28 in column (1), in column (4), for the figures and letters “24191990109424U” and “2419199097003U” the figures and letters “24153190109424U” , “24121490970003U” , “24153296260095U” , “24153291250999U” and 24153391270010U” shall be substituted;

(d) against Sr. No. 40 in column (1), in column (4), for the figure and letter “2419190017002U” the figure and letter “24191990057003U” shall be substituted;

(e) against Sr. No. 94 in column (1), in column (4), for the figure and letter “271641000120130” the figure “2716100017013U” shall be substituted; and

(f) after serial number 156 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2),(3) and (4), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
