NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 71(I)/2006.– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 527(I)/2005, dated the 6^th June, 2005, namely:-

            In the aforesaid Notification,–

            (a)        in the preamble, for the word “conditions” the word “condition” shall be substituted;

            (b)        in clause (a), the semi colon and word “; and”, at the end, shall be omitted; and

(c)        clause (b) shall be omitted.
