(SALES TAX)

 

 

S.R.O. 70(I)/2006.– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 530(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, namely:-

 

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against serial number 1 in column (1), in column (3), for the existing condition the word “Nil” shall be substituted.
