ORDER

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 69(I)/2006.— In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to levy sales tax at the rate of thirteen per cent of the value on import of rapeseed bey solvent extraction industries.
