ORDER

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 68(I)/2006.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 7 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to allow the solvent extraction industries to deduct the entire amount of input tax paid on import of rapeseed from the output tax charged on supply of oil extracted there from subject to the condition that no refund of input tax shall be paid.
