NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

 S.R.O. 487(I)/2006.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O.992(I)/2005, dated the 21^st September, 2005, the following amendment shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made on the 21^st September, 2005, namely:–

             In the aforesaid Notification, for the figure and word “30^th September” the figure and word “31^st December” shall be substituted.
