NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 414(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.930(I)/2005, dated the 10^th September, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,-

(a)     against serial number 22 in column (1), in column (4), after  the figure “27511214543015” the figure “27511214483008U” shall be added;

(b)     against serial number 55 in column (1), in column (4), after the figure “27571113469025U” the figure “27571206375002U” shall be added;

(c)     serial number 57 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4) shall be omitted;

(d)     serial number 62 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4) shall be omitted;

(e)     against serial number 75 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure “0406520200546” the figure “0402520200337” shall be substituted; and

(f)       after serial number 78 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
