NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 315(I)/2006.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to fix the value of the taxable supply of locally produced white crystalline sugar falling under Heading No. 1701.9910 of the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) at twenty-nine rupees per kilogram.
