NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 313(I)/2006.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 and clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to levy sales tax at the rate of six per cent of the value on import of soyabean seed by solvent extraction industries subject to the condition that no refund of input tax shall be admissible.
