NOTIFICATION

 (SALES TAX)

             S.R.O.     278    (I)/2006.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule(1) of rule 8 of the Sales Tax Rules, 2005, the Central Registration Office is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 529(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, namely: ―

           

 In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, ―

 

(a)        serial No. 67, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), shall be omitted;

 

(b)        after serial No. 144 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new S.Nos. and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely: -
