S.R.O. 25       (I)/2006. ¾ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (6) of section 8 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.488(I)/2004, dated the 12^th June, 2004, namely:¾

In the aforesaid Notification, clause (aa) shall be omitted.
