NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 178(I)/2006.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No.S.R.O.69(I)/2006, dated the 28^th January, 2006, the following amendment shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made, namely:-

            In the aforesaid Notification, after the word “rapeseed” the words “and canola seed” shall be inserted.
