ORDER

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 177(I)/2006.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 7 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Order No.68(I)/2006, dated the 28^th January, 2006, the following amendment shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made, namely:-

            In the aforesaid Order, after the word “rapeseed” the words “and canola seed” shall be inserted.
