S.R.O. 138 (I)/2006. – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.935 (I)/2005, dated the 10^th September, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after serial number 5 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

“6	Sana Idnustries Limited	0601550800173	2306457424670
7	Usman Ltd.	0601520500219	E/C-242”.
