(SALES TAX)

S.R.O.11(I)/2006. – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.930(I)/2005, dated the 10^th September, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, –

(a) against Sr. No. 1 in column (1), in column (4), for the figure and letter “27572303295008U” the figure and letter “27572303431008U” shall be substituted; and

(b) after serial number 29 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

“ 30 Indus Dyeing & Manufacturing Co. 1100520500364 13466019U”.
