NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

            S.R.O. 888(I)/2005.¾ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 609(I)/2004, dated the 16^th July, 2004, namely:-

                        In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against serial number 7 in column (1), in column (3), after serial No. (iii) and the entry relating thereto in column (4), the following new serial number and the entry relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

                        “(iv)       N(22) P(20) K(0)             3,023”
