(SALES TAX)

                        S.R.O. 77(I)/2005.¾   In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to fix the value of taxable supply of ship for scrapping or breaking (PCT heading 8908.0000) as US$ 300 per LDT (in equivalent Pak Rupees) for the purposes of assessment of sales tax chargeable at import stage.
