NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 647(I)/2005. –– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 621 (I)/2005, dated the 17^th June, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,–

(a) against Sr. Nos. 14, 15 and 26 in column (1), the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted; and

(b) against Sr. No. 84 in column (1), for the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following shall be substituted, namely:–

“Surface active preparations and cleaning preparations excluding detergents”.
