NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 528(I)/2005.―In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint the following officers as officers of Sales Tax, having jurisdiction over the cases relating to the registered persons in the Large Taxpayers Unit, specified in its Notification No. S.R.O. 529(I)/2005, dated the 6^th June, 2005, to exercise such powers and discharge such duties as are conferred on such officers under the aforesaid Act and the rules made thereunder, namely:—

(a)        Director-General of Large Taxpayers Unit, Lahore; and

(b)        Collectors, Additional Collectors, Deputy Collectors, Assistant Collectors, Superintendents, Senior Auditors, Deputy Superintendents and Auditors of Large Taxpayers Unit, Lahore.
