S.R.O.  521(I)/2005.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its Notification No. S.R.O. 394(I)/2001, dated the 18^th June, 2001.
