S.R.O. 518(I)/2005.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) read with sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Sales Tax, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its Notification No. S.R.O. 676(I)/2000, dated the 28^th September, 2000.
