S.R.O. 516(I)/2005.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (9) of section 2 of the Sales Tax, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its Notification No. S.R.O. 76(I)/2004, dated the 27^th January, 2004.
