NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 512(I)/2005.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), sub-sections (3A) and (6) of section 3, clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 8, clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 and section 71 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 390(I)/2001, dated the 18^th June, 2001, namely:—

In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, for the words “one thousand” the words “five hundred” shall be substituted.
