NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 1126(I)/2005.– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1035(I)/2005, dated the 13^th October, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 3, for the word “thirty” the words “one hundred and twenty” shall be substituted.
