(SALES TAX)

S.R.O.1086(I)/2005. – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.932 (I)/2005, dated the 10^th September, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, –

(a) against Sr. No. 8 in column (1), in column (4), for the number “24236100001400U” the number “24736100001400U” shall be substituted; and

(b) after serial number 8 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

“9 Crescent Boards Ltd. 1206520501955 24722500001602U

10 Gulistan Fibers Ltd. 1206520500391 24722100003217U”.
