(SALES TAX)

S.R.O.1085(I)/2005. – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.931 (I)/2005, dated the 10^th September, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, –

(a) against Sr. No. 2 in column (1), in column (2), for the number “0905950616246” the number “0902845000173” shall be substituted, and in column (4) for the number “24226200014008U” the number “24243100036003U” shall be substituted; and

(b) after serial number 41 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

“ 42 White Pearl Jute Mills Ltd. 0304531000319 242600003100 ”.
