NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O.1084(I)/2005. – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that th following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.930(I)/2005, dated the 10^th September, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, –

(a) against Sr. No. 14 in column (1), in column (2), for the words “Ihsan Elahi Industries” the words “Ehsan Ilahi Industries (Pvt.) Ltd.” shall be substituted, and in column (4) after the number “27513700077006” the number “27513700076007” shall be added;

(b) against Sr. No. 21 in column (1), in column (4), for the number “27512331250001” the number “27512331259001U” shall be substituted; and

(c) after serial number 28 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

“ 29 Imperial Textile Mills Ltd. 0403520500964 27571113468026U”.
