(SALES TAX)

S.R.O.1083(I)/2005. – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.929(I)/2005, dated the 10^th September, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, –

(a) Sr. No. 56 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4) shall be omitted;

(b) against Sr. No. 124 in column (1), in column (4), for the number “24036555012004U” the number “24336555012004U” shall be substituted; and

(c) after serial number 126 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

24313757039100

24313757093005”.
