(SALES TAX)

S.R.O.1081(I)/2005. – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.927 (I)/2005, dated the 10^th September, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, –

(a) serial numbers 57, 72,115,116, 207, and 258 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4) shall be omitted;

(b) against Sr. No. 21 in column (1), in column (4), for the numbers “2616457826698” and “2606468656417” the numbers “2606457826098” and “2606467656417” shall respectively be substituted; and

(c) against Sr. No. 136 in column (1), in column (4), for the number “APO72534” the number“ APO72334” shall be substituted.
