(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 02 (I)/2005.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Registration, Voluntary Registration and De-Registration Rules, 1996, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.350(I)/2002, dated the 15^th June, 2002, namely: ―

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, the entries in column (1) at S. No. 96, 179, 251, 253, 306 and 352 and corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
