NOTIFICATION
(CENTRAL EXCISE)

        S.R.O. 857 (I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 read with sub-section (8) of section 3 of the Central Excises Act, 1944, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. SRO 621(I)/2004, dated 17th July, 2004, the following amendment shall be made and shall always be deemed to have been so made, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the proviso, after the full stop at the end, the following new clause shall be added, namely:-

“2. This Notification shall take effect from the 12th day of June, 2004”.
