NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

                        S.R.O. 753(I)/2004.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( c ) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 500(I)/2004, dated the 12^th June, 2004, namely:-

            In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, against  S.No. 8 in column (1) ,  in column (3) for the Heading No. "5201.0090" the Heading No. "52.01" shall be substituted.
