NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

                        S.R.O. 739(I)/2004.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( c ) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 500(I)/2004, dated the 12^th June, 2004, namely:-

            In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, after S.No. 7 in column (1) and entries relating thereto, in column (2), (3) and (4) the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

            “8.             Import of cotton, not carded or combed             5201.0090      - Nil -”
