 NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

         S.R.O. 604(I)/2004.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 26 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 508(I)/2004, dated the 12^th June, 2004, namely:-

             In the aforesaid Notification, in the ANNEXURE,–

             (a)    in item No. (1), for the caption of column (3) the following shall be substituted, namely:-

 “Name and complete address of registered suppliers”; and

(b)   in item No. (2), for the caption of column (3) the following shall be substituted, namely:-

                “Name and complete address of registered buyers”.
