NOTIFICATION
(Sales Tax)

            S.R.O. 545(I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to fix the value of the taxable supply of locally produced Urea fertilizer, falling under heading No. 3102.1000 of the First Schedule of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) at Rs. 6,660 per metric ton.
