S.R.O. 496(I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification No. S.R.O. 336(I)/2002, dated the 15^th June, 2002.
