(SALES TAX)

 

 

S.R.O. 492(I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1071(I)/2003, dated the 25^th November, 2003, namely:--

 

            In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, against S. No. 1, for the figure “9280”, the figure “4610” shall be substituted.
