S.R.O. 491(I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its Notification No. S.R.O. 471(I)/2001, dated the 25^th June, 2001.
