S.R.O. 487(I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its Notifications No. S.R.O. 987(I)/99, dated the 30^th August, 1999 and S.R.O. 505(I)/2003, dated the 7^th June, 2003.
