NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

            S.R.O. 12(I)/2004.-  In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification S.R.O. No. 952(I)/98, dated the 5^th September, 1998, namely:-

             In the Table,-  

            (a)    in column 3, for the heading “KARACHI (EAST and WEST)”, the heading “SALES TAX HOUSE,

                    KARACHI” shall be substituted;

 

            (b)    under the heading SALES TAX HOUSE, KARACHI, in column 3 as substituted hereinbefore in column

                    1, after serial No. 69 and corresponding entries related thereto in columns 2 and 3, the following new

                    serial number shall be inserted, namely:- 

 

                                “70.    Port Qasim Branch, Karachi.” ; and

 

            (c)    under the heading LAHORE, in column 3, in column 1, after serial No. 79 and corresponding entries

                    relating thereto in columns 2 and 3, the following new serial number shall be inserted, namely:-

                                “80.    Rehman Plaza Branch, Lahore.” .
