NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)

                    S.R.O. 1003(I)/2003.-     In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 500(I)/2004, dated the 12th June, 2004, namely:―

                    In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against S. No. 3 in column (1),―

                    (a)    in column (3), for the Heading No. " 5201.0090 " the Heading No. " 52.01" shall be

                            substituted; and

                    (b)    in column (4), for the condition prescribed therein, the word "―Nil―" shall be

                            substituted.
