NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)

                S.R.O. 770(I)/2003.-     In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification S.R.O. No. 952(I)/98, dated the 5th September, 1998, namely:-

                In the Table,-

                (i)    under heading “FAISALABAD” in column (3), in column (2), after serial No. 76 and entry relating

                       thereto, the following new serial number and entry relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

                            “77. Small Industrial Estate Branch, Faisalabad.”
