NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)

            S. R. O. 744(I)/2003.-    In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 and section 34A of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 500(I)/2003, dated the 7th June, 2003, namely:- 

            In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against Sr. No. 1 in column 1, in column 3, for the figures and words “1st July, 2000” the word “registration” shall be substituted.
