NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

             SRO. 591(I)/2003.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to exempt edible oil extracted from oilseeds imported against bills of entry filed on or before  the 6^th June, 2003.
