NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

 

            S.R.O. 547(I)/2003.– In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1160(I)96, dated the 6th October, 1996, namely:-

           

In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, in clause (ii), after the words and comma “Additional Collectors,” the words and comma “Cost Accountants,” shall be inserted.
