(SALES TAX)

           S. R.O. 370(I)/2003.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the Statistics Division's Notification No. S.R.O. 346(I)/2003, dated the 14th April, 2003, the Chairman, Central Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint the Collectors of Sales Tax and Central Excise or his authorized person, having jurisdiction, as statistical agent to obtain information prescribed in the annexures, as required for the purpose of collection of statistics or information under the General Statistics Act, 1975 (LXIX of 1795).
