NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX) 

S.R.O. 168 (I)/2003- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule(I) of rule 6 of the Registration, Voluntary Registration and De-Registration Rules, 1996, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 350(I)/2002 dated the 15th June, 2002, namely:-

            In the aforesaid Notification, in the table,_

            (a) S.No.22 in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns(2) and(3) shall be omitted; 

            (b) in S.No.56 in column (1), in column(3) for the figure "1200190504146", the figure  "0102190500273" 

                 shall  be substituted;

            (c) S.No.112 in column (1) and entries relating thereto in columns(2) and(3) shall be omitted;

            (d) S.No.116 in column (1) and entries relating thereto in columns(2) and(3) shall be omitted;

            (e) S.No.140 in column (1) and entries relating thereto in columns(2) and(3) shall be omitted;

            (f) after S.No.191 in column (1), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto in

                 columns (2) and(3) shall be inserted, namely:-

                                     "191A M/S. PERVAIZ UMAR ENTERPRISE-1200980516973".
