NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

 

 

                        S.R.O. 810(I)/2002. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification S.R.O. No. 952(I)/98, dated the 5th September, 1998, namely: 

In the aforesaid notification, in the Table, under the heading “Karachi (East and West)” in column (3), against serial No.64, in column (1), in column (2), for the expression “Bombay Bazar Branch” the expression “Ram Bharti Street Branch”, shall be substituted.
