NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

                S.R.O. 5(I)/2002.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of  the Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with sub-section (3) thereof, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 91(I)/2001, dated the 10^th February, 2001, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made with effect from the 18^th June, 2001, namely:-

                In the aforesaid Notification, in clause (iv), in sub-clause (b), for the words, letters, figures, brackets and

                commas “Customs Notification No. S.R.O. 1319(I)/96, dated the 24^th November, 1996” the words,

                figures, brackets and comma “rules 264 to 278 (both inclusive) of the Customs Rules, 2001” shall be

                substituted.
